Perfect house for 5 adults for a week. Plenty of room to chill out after exploring. The 3 bathrooms meant no waiting for a shower.

Ensuite door is always a problem. We had the issue with the same door three years back as well. Seems nothing has been done to this door.

Just a minor issue - no small bowls in the kitchen. There is a lot of cutlery, plates and glasses in every size and shape but small bowls were missing.

The property was ad advertised - amazing views, great sized rooms and a perfect space for a group wanting to enjoy Queenstown. The property was clean on arrival and information from Goodstays beforehand was great. There was some discussion with them when we arrived as the hot tub didnt work for the majority of our stay unfortunately. They did send someone out to fix it but it took over a day to hear up. We also found a gas leak and there was a miscommunication with how this would be resolved. Overall a great property but were not very impressed with the customer service from Goodstays.

The spa was brand new and is now in working order, important to add it was not advertised when you made your reservation and therefore you were not charged for the hot tub. Absolutely amazing house, would book it again in a heart beat!
We have several plane geeks in our fam so looking directly out at the flight path into Queenstown Airport was epic!
The Hospitality App used is amazing and very informative.
If i could make one teeny tiny recommendation, it would be to have a few mirrors in the bedrooms. When 10 people are all fighting for bathroom time, would be good to have mirrors elsewhere in the house :)
